Organization

Over the past five years, our firm participated in 929 municipal offerings totaling $75 billion (par amount). During 2008, the Public Finance Department extended its geographic footprint through the acquisition of investment bankers directly responsible for their former employer’s participation in over $17 billion (par amount) in bond issuance in the Northeast and Midwest regions.  The firm further expanded in 2008 with the addition of two new bankers responsible for negotiated issues in Alabama and Louisiana.  We plan to expand our firm-wide participation in municipal financings in the future through continued delivery of the highest quality services to our clients.
