Executive Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets
Mr. Labry joined Duncan-Williams, Inc. in May of 2008 as Head of the newly established Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Division which is part of the 500@50 strategic growth initiative. He is responsible for the implementation of sales, trading, research and investment banking functions for DWI. Mr. Labry was with Morgan Keegan & Co. for over 10 years where he served as a Senior Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales. He was a top five salesman for Morgan Keegan’s Institutional Equity Division in 2002 and was top 10 in 2003. Most recently Mr. Labry was Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of Neurorecovery Inc. a Biopharmaceutical company which focused on treating rare and high unmet neurological conditions through drug development. Also he is an Executive member of MPACT Memphis, an organization which strives to make Memphis a better community. He is a graduate from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Law studies.
Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets
Mr. Terwilliger joined Duncan-Williams, Inc. in early 2009 to serve as Executive Managing Director of Healthcare Research in the newly-developed Equity Capital Markets division. He is responsible for building an equity research platform based on the healthcare industry. Previously, Mr. Terwilliger served as President of Neurorecovery, Inc., a drug development company focused on neurological conditions. Prior to that, Mr. Terwilliger was a Medical Device and Technology analyst with Morgan Keegan & Company, where his research was recognized by the Wall Street Journal, Best of The Street Analyst Survey as a Master Stock Picker and by StarMine for his earnings estimate accuracy. Mr. Terwilliger also worked in healthcare equity research at Sanders Morris Harris Group and at Needham & Company, LLC. Prior to his career in equity research, the Yale graduate worked in the healthcare industry at Johnson & Johnson, Inc. and at Ernst &Young’s healthcare division.
Managing Director & Senior Research Analyst
Mr. Smith was previously a Senior Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch following companies within the Computer Services sector. While at Merrill Lynch, key companies under his coverage included Visa, MasterCard, Western Union, Global Payments, Fiserv, ADP, Accenture, and Intuit among others. In 2008, he was ranked number four in the Computer Services & IT Consulting category by Institutional Investor Magazine. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2002, Mr. Smith was a Senior Research Analyst at JP Morgan covering the eFinance sector. Before that, he was with Hambrecht & Quist by Chase, Putnam Lovell and Franklin Resources. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Senior Vice President, Institutional Equity Sales
Mr. Battle brings over 30 years of experience in the Equity capital markets Industry to Duncan-Williams. Prior to joining Duncan-Williams, Mr. Battle was a Managing Director at Morgan Keegan. He was an original member of the firm's award-winning Focus Committee. Mr. Battle received his BAchelor of Art in English from Williams College in Williamstown, Maryland.
Senior Vice President, Institutional Equity Sales
Larry is a 22-year veteran of the financial services industry. He has experience in various roles in equity capital markets including Institutional Sales, Equity Research and Investment Banking. Additionally, Larry has also served as a portfolio manager where he was responsible for both equity and fixed income investments and assets that totaled nearly $750MM. Larry is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and received his Masters in Business for the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
Senior Vice President, Institutional Equity Sales
Mr. McCraw is a 30 year veteran in the financial services industry. His experience includes commerical banking, equity capital markets, and asset management. During his career, he spent over 17 years in the Equity Capital Markets Group as a Managing Director at Morgan Keegan. He was co-founder of HIckory Capital Management, which managed a long/short equity hedge fund. Mr. McCraw also worked at Wells Fargo Advisors, JC Bradford and Company, and Union Planters National Bank.
Senior Vice President, Institutional Equity Research
Ms. Rivkind specializes in small-to-mid cap specialty pharmaceutical companies. She has spent over three years as an Equity Associate Analyst covering the pharmaceutical and generics sector at UBS. Prior to that, she has ten years of pharmaceutical industry experience, which includes management rols in both research and maketing at Forest Laboratories as well as a progression of clinical trial management positions in contract research organizations, including Quintiles. Ms. Rivkind graduated from Cornell University, with a B.A. in Biological Sciences, and also holds and M.S. in Epidemiology from the University of Maryland and and MBA from the NYU School of Business.

Dirk van Erp joined Duncan-Williams, Inc.'s San Francisco office as Senior Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales. Most recently, Mr. van Erp served as Marketing Representative for Insight Capital. Prior to Insight, Mr. van Erp was Managing Director for Janney Montgomery Scott, where he was responsible for opening the West coast office for their equity capital markets division. Mr. van Erp has also served as Vice President for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and FTN Midwest Research.
Vice President/Associate Analyst, Equity Capital Markets
Jeff Stockstill joined Duncan-Williams, Inc. in early 2009 as Vice President and will serve as an Associate Analyst in Healthcare Research. Mr. Stockstill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr. Stockstill also received a J.D. from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis and an M.B.A. from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics, also at the University of Memphis. Mr. Stockstill is a Member of the Bar for the state of Tennessee.
Vice President, Institutional Equity Sales
Darren Jones joined Duncan-Williams, Inc. in 2009 as a Vice President in the Institutional Equity Sales department. In 2002, Mr. Jones began his career in the institutional equity in the Boston offices of Bear Stearns where he covered middle market institutions managing $3 billion in assets and below. His experience includes research, sales, and trading for small and large institutional clients. Most recently he played a key role in building out an institutional equity research/sales platform at Hilliard Lyons. Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston.
