Wayne T. Breunig

Managing Director, Head of Public Finance

Mr. Breunig is a CPA and spent the first ten years of his career in Public Accounting as an auditor. Since that time he has worked in mortgage banking and investment banking.  As an investment banker his background included the structured finance department of a large regional broker-dealer.  He also held positions in portfolio strategies and trading. He worked with such municipal issues as multi-family affordable housing bonds, in addition to working with revenue and general obligation bonds.  Mr. Breunig is a graduate of the University of Evansville and has an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan.
